We are a fast-growing health and wellness brand. We sell a product that solves chronic pain for our customers. We currently do €50,000 in revenue per month, and we are growing fast. Our vision is to become a strong, well-known brand in the health space.
The Role
We are looking for a skilled Video Editor to take over the creation of our advertising videos (ad creatives). Your main goal is to remove the video creation workload fro ---------- and produce high-quality ad creatives consistently.
Work Model: 100% Remote (you can work from anywhere via laptop)
Salary: ~$10-15 per hour
Start Date: As soon as possible (ASAP)
What You Will Do

Create 5–10 high-performing ad creatives per week (this number will vary)
Produce AI-generated videos in German – videos from the perspective of a narrating protagonist (someone talking to the camera) with an authentic German voiceover underneath
Use AI tools like HeyGen to make people "speak" professionally in the videos
Create B-roll footage to insert the needed video sequences
Add German subtitles to every video (this is very important – we always work with German subtitles)
Handle the full process yourself: voice creation of the character, B-roll material, the full edit/cut, and subtitles
Work with iterations – often you only need to change the beginning part of a video, not always create a completely new one


Note: All content is in German. I will always provide examples and clear instructions, and I will provide the source videos.

Time Expectation
Working hours depend on the creative requirements. From my own experience, one creative – including voice creation, B-roll material, the full cut, and German subtitles – with a process of about 3 iterations takes around 6–8 hours.
Must-Haves

Experience in video creation / ad creative creation so you already understand roughly what should be shown in which scene
At least 1 year of experience (ideally 2+ years)
Strong skills with AI-generated videos (German translated/dubbed videos with narrating protagonist + authentic German voiceover)
Good English skills (for communication)
Familiarity with German video creation
