ABOUT THE ROLE

'm looking for a motivated VA to help me grow my client base by reaching out to real estate agents on Instagram who could benefit from professional listing photography.

This is a straightforward, repeatable role with clear daily tasks and scripts provided. If you're organized, a good communicator, and can work independently.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Search Instagram and Zillow daily for real estate agents with low-quality listing photos or weak social media presence
• Send friendly, personalized DMs to agents using scripts I provide (you will NOT be writing the messages from scratch)
• Send a short intro video I've recorded alongside each DM
• Track every outreach contact in a Google Sheet I've already built
• Send follow-up messages to agents who haven't replied after a few days
• Send me a brief daily report at the end of each shift

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR

• Fluent written English (messages must sound natural, not robotic)
• Active Instagram account or comfort navigating the platform
• Detail-oriented — every lead must be logged accurately
• Self-starter who can hit daily targets without being micromanaged
• Reliable internet connection and consistent availability
• Experience with Google Sheets is a plus
