JOB DESCRIPTION:
Shop Marketing Pros is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Website Designer to join our team. This role is focused on custom website design for independent automotive repair shops.

We are looking for a strong designer with excellent Figma skills and a modern understanding of website design, UX/UI, typography, layout structure, and visual hierarchy. The ideal candidate can create clean, professional, and conversion-focused website designs from scratch and has excellent creative thinking skills.

The right candidate should be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment, participating in weekly meetings, receiving feedback, managing multiple projects, and consistently delivering high-quality work on time.
This is a design-only position and does not involve front-end development, although development knowledge is considered a bonus.


REQUIRED SKILLS:
The perfect candidate has
Expert-level Figma skills
Strong knowledge of UX/UI and modern website design
Ability to design custom desktop and mobile websites from scratch
Strong typography, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy skills
Strong understanding of responsive website design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
Strong attention to detail and design quality
Good communication and collaboration skills
Ability to accept critiques and apply feedback professionally
Strong time management and organizational skills
Familiarity with Google Workspace

Not required, but helpful:
Basic knowledge of WordPress and Elementor
Experience working in a marketing agency
Familiarity with Canva
Experience creating digital and print marketing assets
Basic understanding of web development best practices


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design custom websites, redesigns, page refreshes, and ongoing website updates for clients
Create clean, modern, and user-friendly website layouts in Figma and deploy to development
Conduct website design QA checks to ensure consistency, usability, responsiveness, and overall design quality
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and tea ---------- mbers to meet project goals and deadlines
Manage multiple projects while maintaining timelines and high-quality work
Apply client and internal feedback efficiently and professionally
Create supporting graphics and marketing assets for digital and print use
Produce internal Shop Marketing Pros design assets for presentations, classes, and marketing materials

1. This is a full-time, permanent, remote position from 8 am to 4 pm Central Time.
