We work with real estate agents and property sellers to deliver high-quality visual content that sells homes faster. We're growing, and we need a skilled editor who can keep up.

The Role
We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Photo and Video Editor with hands-on experience in real estate media. You'll be responsible for post-production across both photo and video deliverables — turning raw shoot content into polished, market-ready assets that make properties shine.
This is a remote, freelance position with consistent volume and room to grow with the team.

What You'll Be Doing
Photo Editing

Colour correct and colour grade images for a clean, true-to-life, market-ready look
Adjust exposure, white balance, highlights, shadows, and contrast across full shoot sets
Remove clutter, unwanted objects, personal items, and distractions from rooms using retouching tools
Perform sky replacements where needed
Correct lens distortion and align verticals for architectural accuracy
Deliver consistent, cohesive edits across full property galleries
Retouch exterior shots including lawn enhancement, driveway cleaning, and seasonal corrections

Video Editing

Edit property walkthrough and lifestyle videos from raw footage to polished final cuts
Colour grade video footage to match brand standards and achieve a cinematic, professional look
Sync footage to music and manage audio levels, including voiceover integration where applicable
Remove unwanted elements from video frames using masking and object removal tools
Create smooth, well-paced cuts that highlight property flow and key selling features
Add motion graphics, lower thirds, and text overlays in line with brand guidelines
Deliver in required formats and aspect ratios for MLS, social media, and client use
Edit drone and aerial footage and integrate seamlessly with ground-level content


Skills and Experience Required

Proven experience editing real estate photo and video content — portfolio required
Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop for photo retouching and batch editing
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro for video editing
Experience with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and text animation is a plus
Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and plugins (Luminar AI, Topaz, etc.)
Strong understanding of colour theory, white balance, and exposure correction
Ability to perform convincing object and clutter removal in both photos and video
Experience with virtual staging integration (adding digitally staged furniture to empty rooms) is a strong advantage
Solid understanding of export specifications for MLS platforms, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and property listing sites
Ability to work efficiently under turnaround deadlines — we move fast
Organised, communicative, and reliable — able to manage multiple properties simultaneously via Dropbox or shared file systems
