**About ProfitPath AI**
ProfitPath AI is a profit planning SaaS launching in July 2026, built for small service business owners — HVAC, contractors, cleaning companies, property managers, landscapers, flooring companies, and similar trades. Our platform combines real-time scenario simulation with an AI advisor ("Coach Rev") that tells owners exactly what to do to grow their profit. We are a lean, founder-led startup entering a fast-growing market.
This is a ground-floor opportunity. You will be one of the first tea ---------- mbers and will grow with the company as we scale.
**The Role**
We are looking for a sharp, organized Virtual Assistant with Go High Level (GHL) experience and strong social media content creation skills to support our pre-launch outreach and post-launch marketing operations. You will work directly with the founder and own key workflows from day one.
This role starts at approximately 20–25 hours per week and is expected to grow to full-time as the product scales.
**What You Will Do**
*Pre-Launch (Starting Immediately through July)*
- Research and build targeted outreach lists — identifying online communities, Facebook groups, forums, and associations where HVAC, contracting, cleaning, property management, landscaping, and flooring business owners are active
- Identify key LinkedIn groups, hashtags, and owner communities in the trades and service business space
- Set up and manage outreach pipelines in Go High Level (GHL)
- Load contacts, build email sequences, and track responses in GHL
- Support founder with LinkedIn outreach logistics
- Create pre-launch social media content to build awareness and audience ahead of July launch

*Post-Launch (July onward)*
- Manage GHL CRM pipeline — follow-ups, lead tracking, status updates
- Create original social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter) — including graphics, captions, and short-form copy aligned with the ProfitPath AI brand voice
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar across all four platforms
- Handle community posting and engagement in target verticals (trades, cleaning, property management, landscaping, flooring)
- Assist with basic customer onboarding communication
- Prepare weekly activity, pipeline, and social media performance reports for the founder
- Grow into additional marketing operations responsibilities as the team expands
**What We Are Looking For**
- Proven hands-on experience with **Go High Level (GHL)** — pipelines, sequences, and contact management (required)
- Demonstrated social media content creation experience across **LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter)** — please include examples or a portfolio in your application
- Strong copywriting skills — you can write in a plain-English, confident, non-corporate voice that resonates with small business owners
- Experience with Canva or similar tools for creating social graphics
- Strong English communication skills — written and spoken
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Self-starter who can manage their own schedule and flag issues proactively
- Experience supporting a SaaS, startup, or online business is a strong plus
- Familiarity with trades or service business communities is a plus
