The Role:
I'm looking for a creative, highly organized, and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Assistant to join my team. If you live and breathe social media, love finding the perfect hook to make a short-form video pop, and know how to read the data to see what is actually working, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Repurposing: Take my long-form video content and chop it down into highly engaging, fast-paced short-form clips optimized for Facebook/Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Account Management: Schedule content, write engaging, SEO-friendly captions, and manage the day-to-day posting calendar for various client accounts across multiple platforms.

Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics, analyze trends, and compile easy-to-read, comprehensive monthly reports to showcase organic growth and account health.

Requirements & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro) with a great eye for pacing, captions, and trending audio.

A deep understanding of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and organic growth strategies.

Excellent written communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to easily adapt to different client voices and tones.

Experience using social media scheduling tools and reading native platform analytics.

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple client projects and deadlines simultaneously..
