Pay: $4–$7/hour depending on experience and English communication skills

Valor Workforce Funding helps employers obtain workforce training grants and incumbent worker funding through Workforce Investment Boards (WIBs), WIOA programs, and state workforce agencies across the United States.

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with strong English communication skills and experience speaking with U.S. businesses over the phone.

This is NOT just an admin role. This person will help with:

Calling Workforce Boards (WIBs)
Calling employers
Appointment setting
CRM data entry
Grant research
Follow-up calls

Email
communication
Document organization
Tracking applications and funding opportunities

You must be comfortable making outbound calls to U.S. businesses and government organizations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Workforce Board (WIB) Outreach
Call Workforce Boards throughout the United States
Identify funding opportunities for incumbent worker training grants
Find the correct contact person for:
WIOA funding
Incumbent worker training grants
Employer grants
Ask questions about:
Funding availability
Application deadlines
Eligibility requirements
Reimbursement percentages
Required documents
Enter all findings into the CRM accurately
Employer Outreach
Call assisted living facilities, healthcare providers, senior living operators, and employers
Explain available workforce grant opportunities
Schedule meetings/calls
Collect employer information
Follow up with leads consistently
Build relationships with employers
CRM & Administrative Work
Update CRM records daily
Upload documents to Google Drive
Organize folders and applications
Track statuses of grants and applications
Add notes from calls and emails
Maintain accurate contact records
Communication & Follow-Up
Send follow-up emails
Confirm appointments
Follow scripts and workflows
Maintain professional communication with all contacts
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED SKILLS
Fluent spoken English
Excellent phone communication
Neutral or clear accent
Experience calling U.S. businesses
Strong organizational skills
Comfortable using CRMs
Ability to multitask
Strong internet connection

Reliable computer/headset
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
