About the Role
We are a fast-growing Swiss dropshipping fashion business currently operating 3 online stores with more stores being added in the near future. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Part-Time Product Lister to manage our Google Merchant Center product listings across all stores.
This is a part-time role starting at approximately 10 hours per week. As we scale and add new stores, working hours and responsibilities will grow accordingly. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term role with a growing e-commerce brand.

What You Will Do

List approximately 150 new products per week across 3 stores (50 products per store) based on our internal product research list
Upload and list all products accurately using Poky
Select the correct product category, gender and relevant attributes in Symprosis to ensure proper indexing in Google Merchant Center (GMC)
Ensure all product data is complete, accurate and optimised for Google Shopping listing requirements
Work closely with the operations team and follow the provided product research list precisely
Flag any listing errors, disapprovals or data issues in GMC promptly
Maintain consistent naming conventions, descriptions and categorisation across all stores


What We Are Looking For
Required:

Minimum 2 years of experience in product listing for Google Merchant Center / Google Shopping
Proven hands-on experience with Poky — please only apply if you can demonstrate this
Proven hands-on experience with Symprosis — please only apply if you can demonstrate this
Strong understanding of fashion dropshipping — product types, sizing, gender categorisation, seasonal trends
Excellent attention to detail — listings must be accurate, complete and consistent
Ability to work independently and meet weekly listing targets without supervision
Reliable internet connection and availability during agreed working hours

Nice to Have:

Experience working with multiple stores simultaneously
Familiarity with Google Merchant Center feed requirements and disapproval resolution
Experience in Swiss or European e-commerce markets
