About Us:
We are an e-commerce brand specializing in high-performance pickleball gear. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled video editor from the Philippines to join our team. You will be responsible for taking raw footage from our Google Drive, transforming it into highly engaging, viral-style short-form content, and scheduling/uploading it to TikTok and Instagram.

What You Will Do:

Download raw video content and product footage from our Google Drive.

Edit 15 to 60-second vertical videos optimized for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Add dynamic, animated captions (Alex Hormozi/retaining style), sound effects, and transitions.

Cut videos with fast pacing (visual changes every 1.5–3 seconds) to maintain high viewer retention.

Find and match trending audio tracks directly on TikTok/Instagram to maximize algorithmic reach.

Format, write basic captions/hashtags, and schedule/upload the finished videos to our social channels.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Must have an outstanding portfolio showing active examples of short-form, high-retention video editing (TikTok, Reels, or Shorts).

Expert mastery of editing software (CapCut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut).

Deep understanding of social media hooks, visual pacing, and sound design.

A stable, high-speed fiber internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download/upload) with a backup power source (UPS/generator) for typhoons/brownouts.

Strong communication skills and ability to hit tight deadlines.

Working Hours & Compensation:

Type: Part-time to start (with a rapid path to Full-time based on performance).
