JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking an EXPERIENCED Government Contracting Proposal & Outreach Specialist who can aggressively identify, qualify, and pursue federal, state, local, and subcontracting opportunities.

This is NOT an entry-level role. We need someone proactive who already understands where to find real opportunities outside of just ---------- and can help us build relationships, pursue teaming opportunities, and support proposal submissions.

What We Need
We are looking for someone who can:

Find REAL opportunities daily that fit our capabilities
Search beyond ---------- using platforms such as:
BidNet
GovWin
HigherGov
State procurement portals
City/county procurement sites
Prime contractor portals
Sources Sought/RFIs
Subcontracting opportunities
Construction bid boards
Identify WOSB, SDVOSB, and Small Business set-asides
Review scopes of work and determine if opportunities are realistic
Find subcontracting and teaming opportunities
Perform outreach to:
Prime contractors
Contracting officers
Housing authorities
Facility managers
Government agencies
Help build relationships and generate opportunities
Assist with proposal coordination and compliance
Track opportunities in Airtable or CRM systems
Follow up aggressively and consistently

Must Have Experience With

Federal contracting
Construction or facilities-related bids
Government procurement terminology
NAICS codes
Set-asides
Proposal coordination
Outreach and lead generation

Email
outreach and follow-up
Opportunity qualification

Preferred Experience

Experience with construction, mitigation, janitorial, facilities maintenance, or integrated services
Experience supporting WOSB/SDVOSB companies
Experience with subcontractor outreach
Knowledge of state/local government procurement sites

We need someone proactive and strategic — not someone waiting to be told where to look. The right candidate should already know how to source opportunities, build pipelines, and create ---------- ntum.
