Who we are
A long time luxury custom pool builder in Frisco Texas. Small WordPress site (~50 pages, 25 blog posts, no e-commerce). Current consultant left a technical mess. We need one person to clean it up, migrate us to a clean independent setup, and manage ongoing SEO performance on a monthly retainer. Long-term relationship if you deliver.

The three phases — in order:
Phase 1 — Technical Fix (Week 1, one-time fixed price)
The site went invisible on Google around February 2026. Zero indexed pages. We know why. We need someone to confirm our diagnosis independently and fix it cleanly.
Specifically:

Look at fixes to previously broken page sitemap, make changes if needed.
Assess current needs for SEO, offer right away solutions and roadmap ideas
Resolve www vs non-www conflict
Clean redirect chain errors
Check and clear UnderConstruction plugin interference
Pull DreamHost server logs and confirm root cause
Block Pakistan bot spam traffic in GA4
Submit priority pages for re-indexing in GSC
Deliver one-page written summary of findings and fixes

Quote this as a fixed price. We expect this to take one experienced person less than a full day.
Phase 2 — Migration & Clean Setup (Week 2, one-time fixed price)
Separate the site completely from the previous consultant's shared agency workspace and move to a clean independent environment.

Specifically:

Transfer all credentials to client-owned accounts — GSC, GA4, WordPress admin, domain registrar, hosting
Assess current DreamHost shared hosting — recommend whether to migrate and to what host
Execute full WordPress migration if recommended — files, database, DNS, zero downtime
Set up clean isolated GA4 property under client-owned Google account
Set up dedicated GSC property verified under client-owned email
Verify all redirects, sitemaps, and canonical tags survive migration correctly
Document everything with before and after screenshots

Quote this as a fixed price separate from Phase 1. For a small site with no e-commerce this should be straightforward.
Phase 3 — Ongoing Monthly Management (Retainer starting Month 2)
Small site, simple monthly scope. Client and/or content vendor will produce roughly two new pieces per month — city landing pages, blog posts, FAQ content. Your job is to make sure that content is technically sound, properly indexed, and performing.
Monthly deliverables:

GSC report by 5th of each month — indexed pages, crawl errors, impressions, clicks, top keyword positions
24-hour notification of any new crawl errors or indexing drops
On-page optimization of new content as published
Monthly competitive ranking snapshot vs three named DFW competitors
Quarterly technical audit — sitemaps, redirects, Core Web Vitals
All access held in client name always

What we need from you to apply:

Specific example of a Google indexing failure you diagnosed and fixed — what caused it, what you did, how long it took
Specific example of a WordPress site migration you managed — origin host, destination host, how you handled DNS cutover
Fixed price quote for Phase 1
Fixed price quote for Phase 2
Monthly retainer proposal for Phase 3 with exactly what it includes
Confirmation you manage all client properties in separate isolated Google accounts — not a shared agency workspace
Availability to begin Phase 1 this week

Generic proposals not considered. We have full documentation of the current situation and will ask specific technical questions before hiring.
Budget summary:
Phase 1: $150–$300 fixed
Phase 2: $150–$400 fixed
Phase 3: $??/month ongoing - its a minimal site.. Historically not much to do.

Total first month all-in: X?. Long-term retainer possible.
