REMOTE INTERIOR DESIGN + 3D VISUALIZATION SPECIALIST
Part-Time | Remote

We are looking for a highly talented Interior Designer / 3D Visualization Specialist to join our growing business supporting residential design, commercial design, Airbnb design projects, furniture projects, staging concepts, and interior furnishing layouts.

This role is NOT for someone who only creates mood boards. If you are only an expert in CANVA- please do NOT apply.

We are looking for someone who understands:

• Space planning
• Furniture scale and proportions
• Interior styling
• Commercial projects
• Hospitality / Airbnb design
• Family-friendly luxury aesthetics
• Functional layouts
• 3D visualization and rendering

You will work directly with ownership to help bring spaces to life.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Create furniture layouts from room dimensions
• Build 2D floorplans
• Create 3D room visualizations
• Create realistic renderings
• Develop mood boards and finish recommendations
• Help source design concepts and styling ideas
• Recommend furniture placement
• Provide multiple design options when requested
• Make revisions based on feedback
• Help create furnishing packages for Airbnb and residential projects
• Organize project files and specifications

TOOLS REQUIRED

Required: not provided and you are expected to have necessary tools available

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• V-Ray / Lumion / Twinmotion / Enscape
• Photoshop
• Canva

Bonus Skills:

• Revit
• Blender
• ArchiCAD
• Furniture retail experience
• Airbnb / hospitality experience
• Interior styling experience

COMPENSATION

Base Salary:

$625 USD monthly + steady bonus pay outs per project

Hours:

15–20 hours weekly

Performance Bonuses:

$75–100 ? for each Large furnishing package / complex project

Additional bonuses available for exceptional work and fast turnarounds.

PAID TEST PROJECT (Required)

Final candidates will complete a paid design assessment.

Compensation:

$40 USD paid test

• Design concept
• One 3D visualization/render

We care less about perfection and more about how you think through space planning, furniture scale, and design decisions.
