JOB DESCRIPTION

We are an Australian eCommerce business selling insulation and soundproofing products.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-focused VA to help with SEO content writing and social media content creation.

This is a long-term role for the right person. You do not need to know insulation or soundproofing already, but you must be willing to research technical products and turn that information into clear, useful content for customers.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

You will write SEO blog articles, product/category page content, customer FAQs, Facebook posts, Instagram captions, and create simple Canva graphics.

You will also help research content topics related to insulation, soundproofing, acoustic products, building materials, home improvement, and construction.

You may also help prepare meta titles, meta descriptions, and a simple content calendar.

The most important part of this role is being able to write clear, accurate, helpful content. We do not want generic AI-written content copied and pasted without checking.


REQUIRED SKILLS

You must have excellent written English.

You must have experience writing SEO content.

You must understand basic on-page SEO.

You must have experience creating Facebook and Instagram content.

You must have basic Canva skills.

You must be good at research and comfortable learning about unfamiliar technical products.

You must have strong attention to detail and be able to follow instructions carefully.

Experience with WordPress or WooCommerce is helpful, but not essential.

This role is mainly for SEO content writing and social media content creation.
