Cold Caller — Canadian Small Businesses (9am to 2pm EST, Night Shift PH Time)

I run Ostra Studio, a small web design business in Canada (ostra.studio). I build websites for local Canadian small businesses — trades, salons, dentists, cafés, mechanics.

I need a cold caller. NOT a lead-gen VA. NOT a closer. A caller.

We do the research. We give you the spreadsheet every morning: business name, owner first name, phone number, what's wrong with their current website, one talking-point to open with. You pick up the phone and call them.

WHAT YOU DO:
- Call 40 to 60 Canadian small businesses per shift
- Open with the script we give you, then adapt based on what they say
- Goal of every call: get the owner to agree to a 15-minute callback with me
- Log the call outcome in the sheet (no answer, voicemail left, gatekeeper blocked, not interested, callback booked, etc.)
- When someone books a callback, you flag it and I take it from there

WHAT YOU DO NOT DO:
- You don't research the businesses (we do)
- You don't write the script (we do)
- You don't close the sale (I do, on the callback)
- You don't send emails (separate role)

HOURS:
9am to 2pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday. That's 25 hours per week.

This is 9pm to 2am Philippines time during the Canadian summer (April to November) and 10pm to 3am during Canadian winter (November to March). You MUST be able to work this shift consistently. Do not apply if you cannot.

PAY:
$3 USD per hour ($75 USD per week at 25 hours). Paid every two weeks via Wise.
Plus $100 USD bonus for every closed customer that came from a callback you booked.

If you book 2 callbacks per week and one of them closes, you make $400 USD that month. That's the math.

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR:
- Cold calling or telemarketing experience. Real experience, not "I'm a fast learner"
- Clear English with a neutral accent. Canadians will hang up on heavy accents within 5 seconds. I'm not being harsh, I'm being honest about what the job is
- Comfortable being told no fifty times a day
- Reliable. The shift is the shift. If you're going to flake on the schedule do not apply
- A quiet space to call from. No background noise. No barking dogs. No street outside
