Skyline Exteriors is a premium outdoor design-build company based in Chicago. We specialize in designing and building high-end outdoor living spaces ranging from $50K–$250K+ for high-net-worth homeowners. As we scale toward our $10M annual revenue goal, we are building a team of high performers who want long-term growth and want to be part of something bigger than just another remote job.

Who You Are

You are proactive, resourceful, and confident with outreach. You understand that lead generation is not about sending thousands of rando ---------- ssages. It’s about targeting the right people, building genuine conversations, and creating real opportunities.

You are professional, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Build targeted prospect lists of high-value homeowners in the Chicagoland area
* Conduct manual research using LinkedIn, Google, Instagram, and company websites
* Run strategic outbound campaigns through Email, Instagram, and LinkedIn
* Qualify leads based on project interest, budget alignment, and decision-making authority
* Respond quickly to inbound leads from paid advertising campaigns
* Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and follow-ups inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
* Consistently organize outreach activities and lead status updates

Requirements

* Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)
* Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* Strong lead generation and prospecting skills
* Excellent written and verbal English communication
* Comfortable with outbound outreach and relationship building
* Organized, detail-oriented, and self-managed
* Strong research skills and ability to identify qualified prospects
