Earn $5 to $12 per hour recording your screen and explaining software

I run a YouTube channel built around short, beginner-friendly tutorials on online tools and software. Think CRMs, project management apps, automation platforms, website builders, and similar SaaS tools. The channel is growing and I'm looking for people to help produce videos on an ongoing basis.

The pay is $1 per approved video. Based on how long these videos typically take, most people land somewhere between $5 and $12 per hour depending on their pace and familiarity with the tools.

What the work involves

- Short tutorials, typically 1 to 4 minutes, recorded on desktop
- Record your screen and narrate in your own voice, no script, no camera
- Light editing to trim hesitations, mistakes, and long pauses
- Create a thumbnail per video using a ready-made Canva template, takes under a minute once you know the process
- Minimum 20 videos per week, there is no maximum, you are welcome to produce 200 videos in a week if you want to, as long as quality is consistent

What I'm looking for

- Clear spoken English, at least intermediate level (this role is not suitable for broken English)
- Comfortable navigating software and SaaS tools on desktop
- Able to explain a process naturally without a script
- Good microphone with no background noise, non-negotiable
- Reliable and consistent with deadlines

Technical requirements

- 1080p desktop screen recording
- Real voice only, no AI voiceovers
- If your mic isn't ideal, noise suppression tools such as Krisp, SteelSeries GG, or NVIDIA RTX Voice are expected as a minimum
- Desktop-only tutorials

How to apply

Share a desktop tutorial video using your real voice and screen via Google Drive with open viewing enabled. Also include a list of tools or platforms you're already comfortable with, and whether you'd be happy researching tools you've never used before. If you haven't created tutorials before but are interested in this job, you can record a simple tutorial of how to change the background of your desktop, how to apply a shadow in canva, or similar. :)

Any screen recording where you're clearly explaining something works.

I have a full workflow, onboarding docs, thumbnail templates, and clear guidelines ready to go. Plenty of ongoing work available for the right people.
