Be Better Advertising is a performance-driven digital advertising company. We run campaigns across multiple traffic sources and geographies — and we're building a small, sharp team to scale with us.

We move fast, use AI tools as leverage, and care a lot about the quality and impact of every creative that goes out.

THE ROLE

We're hiring a Creative Lead to own the creative side of our campaign production.

This is a copywriting-first role. You'll develop campaign angles, write headlines, and produce advertorial content that makes people stop and click. You'll also create static and animated ad visuals using AI image generation tools.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop campaign angles — find the hook that turns a product into something people feel they need
• Write headline options and refine them until they're sharp enough to run
• Create static images and animated ad clips using AI generation tools (we'll train you on ours)
• Review AI-generated advertorial content — select the strongest version, close the gap between draft and publish-ready
• Assemble full creative packages and hand off to the campaign coordinator via Trello
• Refresh underperforming campaigns — new images and headlines to revive what's losing ---------- ntum
• Over time: take full ownership of advertorial landing page creation

YOU'RE THE RIGHT FIT IF…

• You have copywriting experience — advertorial, direct response, social, or anything where the goal is a click or a conversion
• You've worked with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Leonardo, DALL-E, or similar) — prompting skill matters more than which tool
• You take ownership of your output without needing someone to check in constantly

Even better if you have:
• Background in native advertising or performance marketing content
• Experience with advertorial landing pages

• Ad platform management
• Pure graphic design — this role leads with copy and thinking, not aesthetics

$7.50/hr | ~20 hours/week to start, with a clear path to full-time as the operation scales.

This is a real creative role — not a production queue. You'll develop angles, own the creative output, and see your work run in live campaigns.

We're a lean team: low bureaucracy, fast feedback loop, and room to grow into more responsibility as you deliver. We'll train you on our tools and workflows.
