Operations & Logistics Coordinator (Remote – Philippines)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring two Operations & Logistics Coordinators to support our international medical travel assistance operations.
You will work with teams based in Italy, Portugal, and the United States, coordinating medical escort travel arrangements and assisting with worldwide patient transport logistics.
This is a fast-paced coordination role requiring excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple ongoing cases simultaneously.


RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming calls and emails from clients and partners
- Prepare quotations for medical escort cases
- Coordinate medical escort availability
- Communicate directly with medical escorts regarding assignments, availability, travel arrangements, and operational updates
- Book flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Update operational tracking spreadsheets in Google Sheets
- Monitor active cases and operational timelines
- Escalate urgent operational issues when necessary


REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under time-sensitive situations
- Experience in operations, logistics, travel coordination, customer support, or similar roles
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets
- Ability to work remotely efficiently with minimal supervision
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup


NICE TO HAVE
- Previous experience booking international flights, hotels, or ground transportation
- Familiarity with travel operations, airline support, healthcare coordination, or medical assistance
- Experience working with international teams or clients across different time zones
