We need home based telemarketers immediately!

We are a U.S. company seeking overseas Telemarketers to work at home to make 100+ calls every day and schedule 1-2 appointments per day with corporate executives at top U.S. financial institutions. This work at home position affords the successful candidate an exciting opportunity to be a Telemarketer in a growing company and earn appointment setting bonuses (between $150 - $300 U.S. dollars), commissions on sales (we pay 5% on the net sale). This is also a great way to gain something besides money - i.e. learn about U.S. financial companies like hedge funds and private equity funds, as well as an exciting opportunity to work closely with some of the brightest minds on Wall Street in an informal work environment where collegiality and intellectual rigor are highly valued. We specialize in the financial services industry. But, no prior industry experience is required.

Job Requirements:

In order to make successful appointments, the candidate must:
1. Have a good working computer
2. Have a reliable high speed Internet connection
3. Excellent verbal and written English skills
4. Have prior experience in appointment setting
5. Have confident and talented telephone skills
6. Be highly motivated, aggressive, and self-starting
7. Make 100+ cold calls/follow up calls per day
8. Schedule 1 to 2 appointments consistently per day
9. Make 1 sale within the first 2 months. After the first 2 months, make one to 1-2 sales on a monthly basis
10. Execute on our proven sales methodologies, e.g. bypassing gatekeepers and giving rebuttals
11. Build a pipeline
12. Work Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern time
13. Experience in using of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system such as Salesforce is a plus

Compensation:
· $1.00 to $2.50 U.S, dollars per hour depending on experience
· Appointment setting bonuses of $150 U.S, dollars for 3 sales calls per day
· Appointment setting bonuses of $300 U.S, dollars for 5 sales calls per day
· Sales commissions of 5% of the net sale when appointments turn into sales.
· Special bonuses for performing exceptional work
