JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
You will never create posts or ads. Instead, you log into Facebook Insights and Ads Manager using your own profile, pull data, and build clean reports for the team. Perfect for numbers-oriented VAs.

Key Responsibilities
Pull weekly metrics: page reach, engagement rate, follower growth, ad performance.

Export data to Google Sheets and create simple charts/tables.

Highlight top-performing posts and underperforming ads.

Monitor audience demographics and suggest posting time adjustments.

Check for any page or ad account health warnings (restrictions, flags).

Requirements (Must-Haves)
Own Facebook profile – will be granted View Only or Analyst access to our page and ad account.

Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas).

Ability to interpret Facebook Insights (reach, impressions, 3-second video plays, etc.).

Detail-oriented and trustworthy with data.

Nice-to-Have
Experience with data visualization (Looker Studio / Data Studio).

Familiarity with UTM parameters and tracking links.
