We're one of the fastest-growing travel jewelry brands in the US, and we want you to become part of our editing team, a global team of talent from all over the world. High pay, real creative ownership, no micromanaging.

Most of our editors have been with us for over a year and a half. This is a long-term partnership, not a gig. Our top editors earn $1,000–$2,000+/month, every month.

Exchange Life sells collectible country flag charms, keychains, bracelets, and necklaces for travelers. We run a fully remote team of editors, filmmakers, and creators across time zones, and we treat our people like long-term partners, not freelancers.

What You'll Do

- Edit short-form content that actually performs. TikTok and Reels. Hook, pacing, captions, B-roll, sound design. Fast cuts built to stop the scroll.
- Think in metrics, not just aesthetics. Hook rate, watch time, and retention are your creative compass. You study what's working and apply it to every edit.
- Collaborate on new concepts with the marketing team. Test new angles, iterate on winning formats, and help shape what the brand looks like at scale.
- Ship fast and stay consistent. No hand-holding needed. You communicate clearly, turn around content quickly, and own your work.

You're a Fit If...

- You have at least one TikTok or Reel that crossed 500K views in the last 2 months, and you can explain exactly what made it work
- Your portfolio has 10+ short-form edits from the last 30 days (TikTok or Reels only)
- You think in hook rate, retention, and watch time, not just that something looks “pretty”
- You're highly proficient in CapCut Pro, or any other editing tool you use.
- You deliver fast, communicate clearly in English, and don't need check-ins to stay on track

This Isn't for You If...

- Your portfolio is mostly long-form, YouTube, or wedding/event content
- You can't point to a recent video that went viral and explain why
- You're looking for a short-term gig
- You need a fixed schedule or regular supervision to stay productive

Compensation

Base rate: 185 PHP /hr, approximately 35 hours a week, with a fully flexible schedule (you work whenever you want as long as you respect deadlines).

Performance bonuses: Uncapped, paid for viral videos and winning ad creatives.

Constant Feedback Loop & Training: You're never left to guess. Our team helps you grow fast and makes sure you're always working on the right things.

This is a long-term role. We invest in people who are committed and want to keep getting better. We'll literally pay you to improve: courses, 1-on-1 mentorship, we want you to become the best at what you do and be part of your journey!
