SDR Follow-Up VA (Instagram + CRM Follow Up)

We are hiring a fast-moving SDR Follow-Up VA to handle daily lead follow-up through Instagram and our CRM.

This role is simple in structure, but high-performance in execution.

You will be responsible for following up with 500+ leads per day minimum using a proven script/framework. Your job is not to “figure everything out from scratch”, we already have the systems, messaging frameworks, and CRM structure in place.

Your role is to:
- Follow up with leads daily via Instagram
- Use our CRM to track conversations and next actions
- Move quickly and maintain high daily output
- Think critically in conversations while staying within the framework
- Keep leads engaged and push conversations forward

Requirements
- Must be comfortable working in EST hours
- Must be available 6–8 hours/day, 5 days/week
- Must be highly organized and responsive
- Must be able to move FAST while maintaining quality
- Must have strong written English
- Must have a sales mindset and understand how to communicate persuasively
- Must be comfortable handling a high volume of conversations daily

This is an output-based role. Results and speed matter more than “looking busy.”

If you are slow to respond, struggle with multitasking, or cannot handle high-volume follow-up, this role is probably not for you.

We are looking for someone sharp, reliable, coachable, and able to execute quickly.

Compensation
- $2/hour
