Virtual Insurance Sales Team Trainer

We are hiring a Virtual Insurance Sales Team Trainer to help coach and develop life insurance agents in a fast-paced digital sales environment.

You must have experience with:

U.S. life insurance sales
Phone sales / telesales
Objection handling
Coaching or training agents

Responsibilities:
Conduct Zoom trainings
Role play sales calls
Help agents improve closing skills
Review calls and provide feedback
Train agents on scripts, underwriting, and sales flow

Requirements:
Strong English communication
Prior life insurance sales experience
Experience training or coaching agents
Reliable high-speed internet
Quiet professional workspace
Comfortable on Zoom and camera
