About KOBEES
KOBEES is a fast-growing beeswax-based personal care brand based in Las Vegas, USA. We make clean, plastic-free lip balms, hand salves, and body care products sold on Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. We've been featured on Shark Tank and are scaling aggressively through paid social and creator-driven content.
We are a small, tight-knit team that moves fast and holds a high bar for quality. Every person on this team owns their lane completely.
The Role
We are building a roster of 10–20 UGC creators who can produce content for our paid and organic channels on an ongoing basis. We need someone to own this program end-to-end — finding creators, building relationships, managing briefs, tracking deliverables, and keeping the roster active and healthy.
This is not a social media management job. You will not be posting content or running ads. Your job is to make sure we always have a pipeline of quality content coming in from creators who know our brand and can deliver fast.
This role is fully owned by you. We expect minimal hand-holding.
What You'll Do
Source and vet new UGC creators on TikTok and Instagram that fit the KOBEES brand
Reach out to creators with personalized, on-brand outreach messages
Onboard new creators — send products, share brand guidelines, answer questions
Write clear creative briefs so creators know exactly what to make
Manage the content calendar and track every deliverable from brief to delivery
Follow up consistently — you own getting content in on time, every time
Maintain a CRM or tracker with full visibility into creator status, payment, usage rights, and performance
Flag top-performing creators and recommend who to continue working with
Handle creator payments and contracts in coordination with our team
Proactively suggest new creators, new content angles, and ways to improve the program
What We're Looking For
Required:
2+ years of experience managing a UGC or influencer program for a DTC or ecommerce brand — not social media management, specifically creator/UGC coordination
Strong written English — your outreach messages and briefs represent our brand
Highly organized with a clear system for managing multiple creators and deadlines simultaneously
Proactive communicator — you chase deliverables, you don't wait to be reminded
Familiar with TikTok and Instagram — you can quickly evaluate whether a creator is a good fit
Preferred:
Experience with beauty, wellness, or personal care brands
Familiar with tools like Airtable, Notion, or similar for tracking
Has managed a creator roster of 10+ people at once
Comfortable managing small creator payments and tracking contracts
What This Job Is Not
This is not an entry-level role. We are not looking to train someone from scratch.
This is not a social media manager role. Do not apply if your experience is primarily posting content or running brand accounts.
