Auto Dealership Virtual Assistant

Title: Auto Dealership Virtual Assistant — DealerCenter DMS + QuickBooks (Full Time $500/mo)
Riz Motors LLC — Houston TX independent used car dealer hiring full time VA.
MUST HAVE:

Experience with auto dealership DMS software (DealerCenter preferred, Frazer or similar acceptable)
QuickBooks bookkeeping and accounting data entry — required
Lead follow-up and CRM experience
Available 9am-6pm CST Monday-Saturday
Reliable internet — minimum 20mbps

Daily Tasks:

Enter recon expenses per stock number in DealerCenter
Categorize and enter daily transactions into QuickBooks
Reconcile American Express and Chase business credit card transactions
Match employee expense sheets to credit card transactions
Respond to CarGurus, CarFax, Autotrader leads within 5 minutes
Follow up unsold leads daily via text and email
Update inventory listings and photos across all platforms
Send daily morning report to owner
Manage Microsoft Teams recon channel updates

Software You Will Use:

DealerCenter DMS
QuickBooks Online
Microsoft Teams
CarGurus, CarFax, Autotrader, Cars.com portals
American Express and Chase online portals

Pay: $500/month full time
Position: Long term, immediate start
Hours: Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm CST
