Responsibilities:
Assist with company registration and compliance requirements
Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
Provide legal advice on business operations and labor matters
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
Handle other ad-hoc legal concerns as needed

Requirements:
Licensed lawyer in the Philippines
Experience in corporate or business law is preferred
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Able to work remotely and respond within a reasonable turnaround time
