JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and revenue.

This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives on performance, testing, and scaling campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms (TikTok, etc.)
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
Develop and optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing page alignment
Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and reduce acquisition costs
Run continuous A/B testing on ads, audiences, and campaign structures
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CPC, CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
Identify scaling opportunities and implement data-driven strategies
Collaborate with design and marketing teams for high-performing creatives
Ensure compliance with platform policies and advertising guidelines

What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (preferred)
Strong understanding of paid media fundamentals (attribution, tracking, optimization)
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, pixels, and conversion tracking
Experience with retargeting, lookalike audiences, and scaling campaigns
Knowledge of ad creative strategy (hooks, angles, copy frameworks)
Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or reporting dashboards
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive

Accuracy of reporting and insights
Nice to Have
Experience in health & wellness or DTC e-commerce
Experience with email marketing and retention strategies
Familiarity with CRO and A/B testing tools

Schedule
Full-time (8 hours)
Graveyard shift (US hours) required
