We are growing fast and hiring multiple call center representatives to join our team immediately. This is long-term, stable work with weekly pay every Friday through Rippling. If you have a great voice, strong energy, and a quiet workspace — keep reading.

What We're Looking For
We need representatives who are:

Extremely clear English speakers — neutral accent, easy for US customers to understand
Upbeat, high-energy, and confident on the phone — NOT soft-spoken, quiet, or monotone
Fast-paced and able to handle back-to-back calls without losing energy
Coachable — willing to take feedback and improve
Reliable — show up on time, every shift, no excuses


Requirements (Please do not apply if you cannot meet ALL of these)
Equipment & Workspace

Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up) — speed test required
Backup internet option (mobile hotspot or second provider)
Quiet, private workspace — no roosters, no barking dogs, no children, no street noise during shifts
Quality USB headset/microphone — or willingness to purchase one in week 1
Backup power source (UPS or generator) in case of brownouts
Working computer with webcam

Availability

Available to work US Central Time hours
Weekend availability required (Saturday and Sunday)
Able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
Not currently working another full-time job

Experience

Previous call center experience preferred (inbound, outbound, or sales)
Comfortable with CRM systems and dialers
Strong English communication skills — written and spoken

Tips for your recording:

Use a real microphone or headset — NOT your laptop's built-in mic
SMILE while you talk — customers can hear it
Bring HIGH energy — be louder and more upbeat than feels natural
Speak clearly, not too fast, not too slow
Stand up while you record — it changes your energy
Listen to your recording before submitting — would YOU buy from this voice?
