Position: Remote Weekend Sales Representative (Part-Time with Full-Time Potential)

Company: Serenity Clean
Location: Remote (Filipino Applicants)
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Compensation: $5/hour USD + commissions

Serenity Clean is looking for a motivated and confident Remote Weekend Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is focused primarily on inbound sales, lead follow-up, and booking conversion for our residential cleaning services.

We are seeking someone with strong communication skills, a professional and neutral English accent, and the ability to build trust with potential clients. If you enjoy speaking with people, handling objections, and closing sales, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales calls from prospective clients and provide information about Serenity Clean’s residential cleaning services
Follow up with warm leads through calls, texts, and emails to encourage booking conversions
Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments using relationship-based sales techniques
Resolve payment or card decline issues to help maintain active bookings
Maintain accurate notes and updates inside the CRM system
Respond professionally and confidently to client questions and objections
Meet booking and conversion goals while maintaining excellent customer experience standards
Collaborate with the sales team by providing updates, feedback, and lead status reports
Attend required meetings, including the EOS L10 every Tuesday from 12:00 PM–1:00 PM EST and scheduled sales trainings

Qualifications and Skills
Strong spoken and written English communication skills with a neutral accent
Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, telesales, or customer-facing roles preferred
Confident speaking with U.S.-based clients over the phone
Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and guide conversations toward a sale
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Comfortable using CRM systems, calling platforms, and messaging tools
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Professional, positive, and goal-oriented attitude
Consistent availability during scheduled weekend shifts

Prohibited Secondary Employment
Employees may not hold secondary employment, contract work, consulting roles, or ownership interests that:

Are with a direct or indirect competitor of Serenity Clean
Involve businesses offering similar or overlapping services
Create the potential for misuse or disclosure of Serenity Clean’s confidential or proprietary information
Present a risk of divided loyalty, including the sharing of leads, pricing, financial data, or internal processes

This prohibition applies regardless of whether the secondary role is full-time, part-time, contract-based, freelance, paid, or unpaid.

Disclosure Requirement

All employees are required to fully and accurately disclose any current or planned secondary employment during:

The interview and hiring process
Employment with Serenity Clean, if circumstances change

Failure to disclose secondary employment or misrepresentation of employment status may result in disciplinary action, up to and including immediate termination.

Confidentiality and Loyalty
Employees must not use Serenity Clean time, resources, systems, or information for outside work. Access to company financials, client information, pricing, leads, or internal strategies must be protected at all times.

Enforcement
Violation of this policy will be considered a serious breach of trust and company policy and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
