Remote Lead Generation & Social Media Specialist for Property Management Company

We are a growing property management company based in North Carolina, USA looking for a motivated and experienced remote tea ---------- mber to help generate new business leads and set appointments with rental property owners and landlords.

This is NOT just a basic social media posting role. We are looking for someone who understands how to actively use social media platforms and online research to identify landlords, real estate investors, and rental property owners who may need property management services.

Your primary goal will be to help generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our company owner to speak with prospective clients.

Responsibilities include:

Managing and growing our social media presence
Creating engaging content related to property management and real estate
Finding landlords and rental property owners through Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, groups, marketplaces, and other online platforms
Reaching out to prospects through direct messaging, comments, and online engagement
Starting conversations and building rapport with potential clients
Explaining the benefits and unique selling points of our company
Following scripts and adapting conversations naturally
Tracking leads and conversations in an organized manner
Setting appointments for phone calls or meetings with our company owner
Helping improve our online visibility and brand awareness

We are looking for someone who is:

Strong in written English communication
Comfortable speaking with people online
Confident and persuasive without sounding pushy
Experienced in lead generation and appointment setting
Familiar with social media marketing strategies
Organized and self-motivated
Reliable and consistent
Able to work independently and produce measurable results

Experience in any of the following is a major plus:

Property management
Real estate
Cold outreach

Facebook groups marketing
CRM systems
Virtual assistant work
Sales or appointment setting
