JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to handle the setup and maintenance of our Shopify website, manage incoming calls, process orders, support SEO initiatives, assist with social media marketing, and help coordinate the CEO's calendar and meetings. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in e-commerce, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Shopify Website Management:

- Set up and optimize our Shopify website for a user-friendly shopping experience.

- Regularly update product listings, prices, and promotions.

- Ensure website functionality, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.

- Customer Support:

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

- Provide prompt and accurate information to customers regarding products, orders, and payments.

- Order Management:

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently; oversee transfer of orders for pick and shipping.

- Manage the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely delivery and communication with customers.

- Payment Processing:

- Ensure all transactions are completed smoothly through the Stripe banking system.

- Monitor account activity, troubleshoot payment issues, and provide support to customers as needed.

- SEO Support:

- Implement SEO best practices to boost website visibility and organic traffic.

- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly.

- Social Media Marketing:

- Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for our social media platforms.

- Monitor social media interactions and respond to followers in a timely manner.

- CEO Calendar Management:

- Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule appointments, ensuring efficient use of time.

- Provide daily updates to the CEO regarding important tasks, meetings, and client interactions.

- Meeting Coordination:

- Create and organize programs for weekly meetings with potential clients.

- Gather relevant information and prepare materials for meetings to ensure productive discussions.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in e-commerce, preferably with Shopify.

- Familiarity with Stripe or similar payment processing systems.

- Basic knowledge of SEO practices and social media marketing strategies.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Proficient in using various computer applications and online tools.

- Customer-focused mindset and a desire to provide outstanding service.
