Position Overview
In2HR&Talent is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Generalist / Recruiter to support our growing client base. This role will provide full-cycle recruiting and HR support across multiple organizations while partnering closely with internal tea
The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, customer-service driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
Source, screen, and recruit candidates for a variety of roles across multiple companies
Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interview processes
Utilize ATS platforms, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing tools to identify talent
Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates and hiring managers
Offer Letter & Onboarding Support
Draft, review, and issue offer letters and employment-related documentation
Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding timelines
Support onboarding processes to ensure a positive candidate experience
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of recruiting and/or HR experience
Experience using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities independently
Comfortable working in a remote environment
