JOB OVERVIEW

**YouTube Clipper for Christian Content Creator (12M+ Followers)**

Hey! I'm Mike Malagies, an independent Christian content creator with over 12 million followers across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. I post 2-3 long-form YouTube videos every week (usually 10 to 20 minutes each), and I'm looking for someone to turn those videos into short-form clips for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

**What you'll be doing:**

- Watching my 2 weekly YouTube videos and pulling out the strongest ---------- nts to turn into short-form clips
- Editing each clip to be vertical 9:16, 30-90 seconds long, with clean captions, smooth cuts, and good pacing.
- Following a brand guide I'll send you so every clip looks and feels like mine.
- Delivering finished clips through Google Drive or ---------- .

**What I'm looking for:**

- At least 1 to 2 years of short-form video editing experience (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
- Strong with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Excellent English comprehension. You need to understand what I'm saying in my videos to find the best ---------- nts to clip.
- A good eye for storytelling. The best clips have a hook, a build, and a payoff. I want someone who can spot those ---------- nts, not just chop random sections.
- Bonus if you're a Christian or comfortable working with faith-based content. My videos are about Jesus, the Bible, prayer, and walking with God. This needs to be content you're okay editing every week.
- Bonus if you have experience clipping podcasts or long-form content into shorts.

**The setup:**

- Project-based to start, with the goal of building a long-term ongoing relationship.
- We'll start with a paid trial: I'll send you one of my recent YouTube videos and ask you to produce 5 short-form clips so I can see your style.
- After the trial, if it's a fit, we'll lock in a per-video rate (my budget is flexible based on quality and turnaround)
- There's room to grow into more work over time (daily short-form editing, thumbnails, etc.) if it goes well.

**To apply, please send:**

1. 2 to 3 examples of short-form clips you've made from long-form content (podcast clips, YouTube shorts, sermon clips, etc.).
2. A short note (3 to 5 sentences) telling me why you'd be a good fit. Don't copy and paste a template. Mention something specific about my content or this job so I know you actually read this.
3. Your timezone and your typical working hours.
4. The word "BLESSED" somewhere in your application so I know you read the full posting.

Looking forward to finding the right person. If you do good work, this can turn into a long-term role with real growth potential.

God bless,
Mike
