Airbnb Property Manager

Hi everyone!

We at Pavilion Homes is a leading property management and hospitality company based in Chicago. We are looking for a Property Manager who is organized, detail oriented, and passionate about delivering great guest experiences.

What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee day to day property operations (cleaning, maintenance, guest concerns, vendor coordination)
- Make sure everything runs smoothly for check-in and check-out
- Handle guest/tenant concerns and provide quick, helpful solutions
- Coordinate with contractors for repairs and property upkeep
- Conduct regular property checks and ensure standards are met
- Help improve systems and processes to make operations more efficient
- Manage basic budgets and assist with simple reporting
- Communicate clearly with guests, vendors, and the team

What we’re looking for:
- Experience in property management, hospitality, or operations is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good English communication (written and verbal)
- Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Familiar with tools/software used in property management (a plus)
- Engineering, business, or related degree is preferred but not required

No experience? No problem! As long as you are willing to learn, highly trainable, and a fast learner, we are open to considering you
