Social Media Manager (Full Time, Work From Home)

What You Will Do
You will manage the social media presence for multiple US based clients.
Content creation and design
Plan, write, and design social media posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create graphics in Canva or a similar design platform that match each client's brand. Write captions that sound like the client.
Content calendar management
Build monthly content calendars for each client. Schedule posts using tools like Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite. Keep everything organized so the client always knows what is coming up.
Client communication
Send content calendars to clients for approval over email or chat. Respond to their feedback and revise. Strong written English is essential because you will be communicating directly with US clients.
Engagement
Respond to comments and DMs on behalf of clients. Track what is working using basic analytics (Meta Insights, LinkedIn analytics).
Reporting
Send each client a simple monthly report showing reach, engagement, follower growth, and top performing posts. We will give you a template.

What You Need

Experience managing social media for multiple clients at the same time
Experience with Higgsfield AI or similar
Excellent written English (non negotiable, you will be writing for US audiences and communicating directly with them)
Comfort with Canva or another design platform
Experience scheduling on Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite
Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
At least 2 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time
