We are a home-visiting opticians service, providing nationwide eye tests in nursing homes across the UK.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Administration Assistant to join our team remotely.
This is a dynamic role, where the successful candidate will be trained across multiple departments, with the opportunity to take on a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Management: Inputting and maintaining accurate data in our systems.
Appointment Coordination: Booking and managing appointments.
Communication: Liaising with care homes via phone and
Reporting: Providing daily reports to management on activity and progress.
General Administration: Assisting with various administrative tasks as required by the team.
Key Requirements:
Very strong verbal communication skills (fluent English).
Good phone manner.
Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
Competent using a computer and different softwares.
Ability to multitask and manage different tasks efficiently.
Willingness to quickly learn and adapt to different roles across departments.
Previous administrative experience is a plus, but not required—full training will be provided.
