I am a real estate broker, instructor, and team leader looking for a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant to help manage my real estate production systems.
This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, tech-comfortable, and comfortable helping with client communication, CRM updates, lead follow-up, transaction coordination support, and general admin tasks.
You do not need to be a licensed real estate agent, but real estate experience is a plus.
I am looking for someone long-term who can help me stay organized, follow systems, and support the growth of my real estate business. I'm also looking for someone who will transition to full-time in the next 90 days.
Main Responsibilities
You will help with:
* Updating and managing CRM contacts
* Organizing buyer, seller, agent, vendor, and referral databases
* Sending follow-up
* Tracking leads and follow-up tasks
* Preparing client intake forms and organizing responses
* Creating task lists for buyers, sellers, and transactions
* Helping with listing prep checklists
* Organizing files, folders, and documents
* Monitoring
* Preparing simple reports and spreadsheets
* Assisting with social media scheduling and content organization
* Supporting event, class, and training promotion when needed
* Helping keep my production systems clean and updated
Required Skills
The right person should be:
* Highly organized
* Detail-oriented
* Reliable and consistent
* Good with written English
* Comfortable using Google Workspace: Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms
* Comfortable learning new systems
* Able to follow written instructions and checklists
* Able to communicate clearly when something is unclear
* Able to work independently after training
* Honest about mistakes and willing to improve
Preferred Experience
Experience with any of the following is a plus:

Work Schedule
Part-time to start, with the opportunity to grow into more hours.
Preferred schedule: Monday through Friday, with some overlap during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
