Part-time virtual assistant with possible full-time work in the future

I need ongoing part-time freelance coaching and support in using clickfunnels, aweber and facebook advertising. I need someone who is very experienced in these areas who is willing to log onto team viewer with me and coach me through how to set and and test landing pages, how to track, improve and analysis facebook ads and my sales funnel etc. I do not want to coach someone on how to do this for my business i need to have someone confident enough to coach me. I have tried seeking virtual assistants before and found that many claimed to have these skills but their skills were at the basic level and they had no more experience then myself. I am happy to pay for a good hourly rate for someone who has real expertise in these areas.
