JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a sharp Creative Strategist who can write D2C marketing copy that sells.

This role is for someone who understands direct response, Meta ads, hooks, angles, offers, briefs, and what makes people stop scrolling and buy.

You’ll be turning product research, customer pain points, competitor ads, reviews, and trends into strong ad concepts, scripts, copy, and creative briefs for our editors.

What you’ll do:
- Write high-converting Meta ad copy
- Create hooks, angles, scripts, and creative briefs
- Research competitors, customers, products, and trends
- Brief video editors clearly so they can create winning ads
- Analyze what makes ads perform or flop
- Work on D2C and ecommerce brands

You should have:
- Strong direct response copywriting skills
- Experience with D2C, ecommerce, or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of Meta ads and paid social creatives
- Fluent English writing skills
- Clear communication and strong attention to detail
- German is a big bonus
