JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a full-time video editor for ecommerce ads, mainly D2C brands running on Meta.

This is not for basic editors. We need someone who understands hooks, pacing, UGC-style edits, scroll-stopping visuals, direct response, and how to make ads that actually sell.

You’ll be editing short-form ads from raw footage, product clips, UGC, stock footage, and AI-generated visuals.

What you’ll do:
- Edit 3 to 5 short-form ads per weekday
- Build strong hooks and fast-paced ad edits
- Source visuals that fit the product and angle
- Use AI tools to create realistic, high-quality visuals
- Improve creatives based on feedback and performance
- Join quick calls when needed to review ads

You should have:
- 2+ years editing ecommerce or direct response ads
- Strong understanding of Meta ads & pacing
- Experience with AI tools like Sora, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, or similar
- Good English communication
- Fast turnaround, strong taste, and attention to detail
