JOB OVERVIEW

We're a performance marketing agency focused on scaling home services businesses in the US through paid advertising. We run Meta, Google, and YouTube — and we're growing.
We need a sharp, experienced media buyer who knows how to build and manage campaigns that generate real leads at a profitable cost — not someone who boosts posts and calls it advertising.
What you'll own:

Meta Ads (this is the core — if you're not strong here, don't apply)
Google Ads (Search and/or Performance Max)
YouTube Ads
Campaign builds, audience strategy, budget management, and optimization
Reading data and making decisions, not just reporting numbers

What you actually need:

Proven experience running Meta Ads with real budgets ($5K/mo minimum, higher preferred)
Google and YouTube Ads experience — not just exposure, actual hands-on management
You understand funnel thinking: cold traffic, retargeting, offer matching
You can look at a campaign and diagnose what's wrong
You know the difference between a data problem, a creative problem, and an offer problem
Home services experience is a big plus but not required

What we don't want:

People who learned ads from a course and haven't spent real money
Someone who needs a detailed SOP for every single thing
Vanity metric chasers — we care about CPL, revenue, and ROAS

This is full-time. You'll work closely with the agency owner. Fast feedback loops, real clients, real stakes. If you're good, there's a clear path to a senior role as we grow.
Compensation: $1,500–$2,200/mo USD, paid monthly. Top of market for the Philippines. If you're genuinely good, you'll earn it and there's room to grow beyond it.
To apply, share specific campaigns you've managed (budgets, platforms, results), and briefly explain your approach to a new client account. No generic applications.
