JOB OVERVIEW

We're a performance marketing agency running paid ads for home services businesses in the US. We manage real budgets, and our ads need to work — not just look cool.
We're hiring a full-time video editor who understands that the best ad is the one that makes someone stop scrolling, build trust fast, and take action. Not the one with the most effects.
What you'll be editing:

UGC-style and direct response video ads (Meta/Facebook primary)
Raw footage from clients and content creators into tight, conversion-focused cuts
Multiple variations and hooks for split testing
Occasionally, short-form content for organic use

What we're looking for:

You've edited ads before — not just YouTube videos or vlogs, actual paid ads
You understand pacing, hooks, and why simplicity often outperforms flashy
You can turn around clean, polished edits fast without sacrificing quality
You've watched enough winning ads that you have a feel for what works
You can take a brief and execute without needing your hand held
You're fast. Speed matters. We test a lot.

What we don't want:

Over-edited, gimmicky work that looks impressive but doesn't convert
Someone who needs 3 revision rounds to get a basic cut right
Passive workers who wait for tasks

This role is full-time. You'll work directly with the agency owner. Expect real feedback, fast communication, and room to grow as we scale.
Compensation: $1,200–$1,800/mo USD, paid monthly. This is above market for the Philippines and reflects how seriously we take this role. We pay for talent.
