Sales Calls

We are a growing parking lot striping and pavement maintenance company based in Minnesota looking for a reliable, motivated remote caller to help generate leads and build relationships with property managers and commercial businesses.

This is a long-term position with room to grow if you are dependable and produce results.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential commercial clients
Follow up with previous estimates and leads
Reach out to asphalt and sealcoat companies to build partnerships
Find and contact property managers and businesses needing striping
Keep notes organized in spreadsheets or CRM
Help schedule estimate appointments
Occasionally send follow-up emails or messages

Requirements:
STRONG ENGLISH SPEAKING SKILLS
Friendly and professional phone presence
Comfortable making outbound calls
Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable internet and quiet workspace
Experience with sales, cold calling, or lead generation preferred
Construction or service business experience is a plus
