Creative Designer for Ecom Fashion Store

Hey there!

We’re looking for a Creative Designer to join our Ecom Fashion Dropshipping Store.
We’re a fast-growing e-commerce company operating in the USA, currently processing around 100 orders per day.
We’re building a long-term team of A-players who want to grow with us not just for a few weeks, but for the long run.

What We’re Looking For:

-Minimum 1 year of experience in creative design for e-commerce or dropshipping brands.
-Proven experience working for a store doing $100K+ in monthly revenue.
-Deep understanding of Canva, this is where you’ll create all our ad creatives.
-Creative, but also structured and consistent in your workflow.
-Able to follow instructions closely and adapt to our design style over time.
-Basic understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and how ad creatives perform.
-Fluent in English for communication and text placement in creatives.
-Availability to work in the EU timezone.
-You can provide examples of your previous work (preferably Canva creatives or AI video's)

Your Main Tasks:

-Design 5-7 creatives per product using Canva.
-We test 5-8 products per day (sometimes more with collections), so speed and consistency matter.
-Create simple, clean, and engaging ad creatives that fit our templates and tone.
-Follow our internal creative SOP and adjust your designs based on feedback.
-Communicate daily through Slack with the product and ads team.
-Keep all design files and project folders organized.
