Ai Video Editor

We're looking for a full-time AI video editor to produce short-form content using AI tools and CapCut.

We provide the script and the reference images. Your job is to turn them into finished short-form videos by:

1. Generating short video clips from the images we send you (using Google Flow / VEO)
2. Running the audio through ElevenLabs voice changer to swap it to our chosen voice
3. Editing everything together into a final polished video in CapCut

This is an editing-focused role. You're not building scenes from scratch. we already provide the visual references. But you need to think about pacing, flow, and how to turn static images into clips that feel alive.

Responsibilities:

Take the scripts and reference images we send you
Generate short video clips (~8 seconds each) from those images using VEO3 or similar
Combine all clips into one complete video
Edit in CapCut (cut pauses, tighten pacing, add transitions, captions, basic polish)
Make sure every video flows naturally from start to finish
Use ElevenLabs voice changer to convert the original audio from the edited video into the voice we assign you
Match the quality of reference videos we provide
Produce a minimum of 5 completed videos per day, 7 days per week

Important:
You are NOT just following prompts.
You must:
Turn provided images into smooth, natural-feeling video clips
Edit with good pacing and rhythm, no dead air, no boring cuts
Use the ElevenLabs voice changer correctly, every video must use the assigned voice, no exceptions
Make sure every video looks and feels realistic

Tools Used:

AdsPower (anti-detect browser, you log into everything through this)
Google Flow / VEO3 (image to video clips)
ElevenLabs voice changer (mandatory, replaces video audio with the assigned voice)
CapCut (final editing)

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail
Strong English communication
Reliable internet connection
Experience with CapCut (required)
Familiar with Instagram Reels / short-form content
Good sense of pacing and rhythm
Ability to follow systems and improve over time
Open to feedback and fast iteration
Availability: 7 days per week
Must be able to receive payments via PayPal
Preferred: PH or similar time zone

Compensation:

Training week: $2 per completed and approved video (paid end of week)
After training: $500/month flat (lump sum at end of month)
Bonus: $50 per 1 million views on our accounts
Minimum 5 videos per day, every day of the week
