We are a UK-based accountancy firm in a period of rapid growth, helping small businesses across the country. Our social media presence is already generating 1-2 new clients per week, and we are ready to accelerate.

We're looking for a talented and driven Meta Ads Specialist to join our team. In this role you'll take full ownership of our paid social strategy — from creative ideation through to campaign execution, optimisation, and reporting. You'll work closely with our team to generate real results and directly contribute to business growth.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is deeply passionate about performance marketing, stays ahead of platform changes, and takes pride in the quality of their work.

What you'll be doing

Setting up and managing Meta ad campaigns, including lead generation forms
Running structured A/B tests to continuously improve performance
Conducting regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities
Optimising campaigns for maximum ROI and lead quality
Leveraging AI tools to enhance campaign performance and workflow
Generating ad creatives and producing engaging reel concepts
Delivering clear, consistent weekly performance reports
Maintaining meticulous attention to detail across all deliverables

What we're looking for

Extensive, proven experience running Meta ad campaigns with measurable results
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting data and acting on it
Deep experience with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager
Self-starter who takes initiative without needing to be micromanaged
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Creative eye for compelling visuals and persuasive ad copy
Understanding of buyer psychology and what drives conversions
Up to date with Meta's latest features, algorithm changes, and best practices
Comfortable collaborating with clients or stakeholders directly

Nice to have

Experience with Google Ads or other paid channels
Video editing skills for reels and ad content
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems
Agency background or experience managing multiple client accounts
