The Marketing Coordinator is the production engine that turns marketing strategy into output. Working under the direction of the Marketing Manager, this role produces the volume of content, design, and digital assets ASSA needs to stay visible across its multiple brands and member segments. Content is a volume-and-quality game, and this role is built to deliver both.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Write and produce content for EDMs, social media, blog posts, and member communications
- Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, keynotes, reports) into multi-channel assets
- Maintain a consistent publishing cadence across all channels
Design and Visual Assets
- Produce design assets using Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual output
- Create event collateral, social tiles, EDM templates, and sponsor-facing materials
Social Media
- Schedule and publish content across social channels
- Support community management and engagement
- Track performance metrics and flag trends
EDM and
- Build, test, and deploy EDM campaigns
- Manage list segmentation under direction of the Marketing Manager
- Support member lifecycle
Ad Creation
- Produce paid social and display advertising assets
- Set up and support campaign launches
- Report on ad performance
Website
- Update website content including events, news, programmes, and member-facing pages
- Keep visual and copy elements current across the site
- Support basic SEO and on-page optimisation
