Business Development Representative – Corporate Transportation Sales
Personal Sedan Services is seeking a motivated and professional Business Development Representative to help expand our corporate transportation partnerships and client accounts nationwide.
We are a premier luxury chauffeured transportation company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, specializing in executive transportation, airport transfers, conventions, entertainment logistics, VIP events, and corporate travel services.
This position focuses on outbound calling, lead generation, relationship building, and setting up new corporate transportation accounts with hotels, businesses, event companies, executive assistants, concierge teams, and corporate travel coordinators.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to businesses and corporate clients
Introduce our luxury transportation services and company capabilities
Build relationships with executive assistants, office managers, travel coordinators, and event planners
Set up new corporate direct billing accounts
Follow up with leads and maintain communication
Generate new partnership opportunities nationwide
Update CRM and lead tracking systems
Assist with email outreach and follow-up communication
Coordinate with operations and reservations teams regarding new accounts
Help grow affiliate and corporate partnerships
Requirements
Strong English communication skills (phone and email)
Previous sales, appointment setting, or customer service experience preferred
Professional phone presence and confidence speaking with businesses
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Experience with CRM systems or lead tracking preferred
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Hospitality, transportation, hotel, or luxury service experience is a plus
