Personal Sedan Services is seeking an experienced Luxury Transportation Dispatcher to join our growing operations team.

Please do not apply unless you have previous luxury transportation dispatch experience and hands-on experience using Limo Anywhere or Santa Cruz. Applicants without this required experience will not be considered.

We are looking for a dispatcher who understands the pace and expectations of the luxury transportation industry. This role requires someone who can manage chauffeurs, reservations, flight tracking, VIP clients, affiliates, hotels, and live schedule changes with accuracy, urgency, and professionalism.

Strong understanding of dispatching chauffeurs, reservations, airport pickups, and client communication Required
Please do not apply if your experience is only in general customer service, general logistics, rideshare, delivery dispatch, warehouse dispatch, trucking dispatch, or non-luxury transportation. This position requires direct experience in luxury chauffeured transportation operations.

Responsibilities
Dispatch and monitor chauffeurs in real time throughout scheduled service.
Manage reservations, trip updates, and operational notes within Limo Anywhere or Santa Cruz.
Monitor flight arrivals, delays, cancellations, and schedule adjustments for airport transportation.
Coordinate airport pickups, VIP transportation, corporate travel, conventions, and special events.
Communicate professionally with clients, chauffeurs, affiliates, hotels, concierge teams, and event coordinators.
Ensure chauffeurs are on location, properly updated, and prepared for each trip.
Assist with reservation quality control, trip verification, and schedule accuracy.
Handle last-minute changes, reroutes, delays, and operational issues quickly and professionally.
Maintain accurate notes, communication logs, and dispatch updates.
Support 24/7 transportation operations during busy event periods, weekends, holidays, and major Las Vegas events.
Requirements
Luxury transportation dispatch experience is required.
Limo Anywhere or Santa Cruz experience is required.
Previous limousine, black car, chauffeur, executive transportation, or luxury ground transportation experience is required.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced dispatch environment.
Experience with Slack, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, or similar communication platforms preferred.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment.
Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and highly professional.
Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience dispatching luxury transportation, executive travel, VIP travel, or corporate transportation.
Knowledge of airport operations, flight tracking, and airport pickup procedures.
Experience handling VIP clients, corporate travelers, hotel guests, affiliates, and event transportation.
Understanding of chauffeur operations, routing, staging, trip notes, and live dispatch communication.
Hospitality, concierge, or high-end customer service background is a plus, but only when paired with luxury transportation experience.
