TikTok Video Editor for Ecom Brand

Looking for a video editor for my ecommerce/dropshipping brand.

Need someone that can create TikTok voiceover style ads with B-roll editing.
the ads are atleast 1,5 minutes long up to 2,5 minutes

Requirements:
At least able to work more than 5 hours daily for my brand
2–3 ads per day minimum
Must deliver ads within 24 hours of briefing
Must listen properly and follow instructions
Trainable and willing to improve
Passionate and hungry to grow
be able to work 6 times a week
active daily

Editing style:
voiceover ads

Bonuses:
$150 bonus for every winning ad
